Great subs

No masks on either employee or customers Non compliant with cdc guidelines. Locals hostile to travelers. Bakery cookies stale. Pastries average. Don't waste your time or money ir risk your health

Bread of Life Bakery was a pleasant surprise. We had seen it a couple times as we drove through Bessemer. We happened to be close to it one day around lunch, so we decided to try it. We had subs. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious, but the bread was incredible. Highly recommended!

Tiny little bakery. Very clean as you look into the back area where the delights are made. Pizza is excellent and very low in price although high in flavor. The bread is the best in the area. Parkerhouse rolls are perfect as well. They sell these small Italian style rolls that are a delight. Incredibly friendly staff that seem to enjoy their jobs. I would like to see other things served such as dairy and such due to the bakery being in a town that has closed most stores down but outside of that there are no other improvements to be made.

The pasty was hot and tasted great. The coffee was horrible though. Tasted like folgers.

The bakery appears homey. It looks clean enough and has light shining in. The baked goods were pretty okay.When I was trying to order, she was very nice.Overall, it was a pretty decent experience.

You cannot beat their subs! I also highly recommend their pizza.

Very good. From what I can tell all donuts are baked. So if that's your bag, you'll like it.
